Supporting Our Fighters — Rena Sarauw

Rena Sarauw

Breast Cancer

A breast cancer fighter hailing from the island of St. Croix—Rena is a two-time CSVI grant recipient. A young working professional, Rena knows all too well the challenge of living in the Virgin Islands with limited cancer care. As a result, Ms. Sarauw had no choice but to travel to the mainland for treatment not available on St. Croix. The cost of airfare, ground transportation and other necessary medical and non-medical expenses are inevitable and add up quickly. This is why donations to CSVI are so important to helping cancer patients in the Virgin Islands.

“CSVI stands for SUPPORT…support during a time when you feel alone, when you question ‘why me’, and when you feel your days may be numbered. CSVI provides direct resources and support to people within the Virgin Islands. Their dedicated members guide you through your journey of healing and beating this terrible disease. Lastly, they ensure you are not alone and connect you with other locals that have experienced the same journey.”

When you give to CSVI, 100% of your donation goes directly to cancer patients.

Good news!

Our Colors of Cancer Campaign has been extended, which means all donations though the end of June will be MATCHED!
