The founder and owner of Continuum Care, Inc. (CCI), Tracy Stewart Sanders, has been a registered nurse for more than 30 years — providing and supervising care in the Virgin Islands since 2000.

Tracy not only sets the standard of care, she elevates the delivery. Her passion to serve is exemplary. Her intentions are to assure that each and every call is met with compassion, understanding, empathy, kindness and most importantly, a clear and direct path to support. Tracy’s ability to hone in on the challenges and emotions met with end of life care, and every step in between is a gift to our community and to our community of cancer patients.

Bio

Tracy Sanders, RN, MN, CNS received her bachelor's degree in Nursing from Mt. St. Mary’s College in Los Angeles and her master’s degree from UCLA as a Clinical Nurse Specialist. She is also the AARP Grief and Loss Coordinator for the Virgin Islands. Ms. Sanders and her husband of 32 years, Dr. Herb Sanders, have resided in the Virgin Islands full-time since 1995. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, gardening and travel.
